These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the “Spin to Win” promotional giveaway (“Promotion”) offered by Vigilant Group, a licensed real estate team with eXp Realty, LLC in the state of Tennessee. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
   
• Open to residents of Tennessee only.
   
• Only one entry per person is allowed.
   
• This Promotion is not open to individuals currently under an exclusive agreement with another licensed real estate professional in Tennessee.
   

To participate, scan the QR code or visit the designated giveaway webpage. Complete the entry form with accurate and truthful contact information. Once submitted, you will receive one spin of the virtual prize wheel.

Participation in this giveaway does not require any purchase or real estate transaction. This is a promotional event for the purpose of brand engagement and marketing outreach.

Prizes may include Starbucks Gift Cards in varying denominations (e.g., $5, $10, or $25).

All prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value at our sole discretion.

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries and prize wheel configuration. Not all entries will result in a prize.

Winners will be notified via email or phone and will receive their prize via email or mail within 30 days of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited.
